Em Larose

Orientation, Training, and Safety Coordinator

Emma has always had a passion for working with people, and in 2014, after completing the Community Mental Health and Addiction Worker Certificate Program at Vancouver Island University, she began her journey working at Cedars. Having been personally affected by family members in addiction, she is grateful to be able to contribute to the recovery process at Cedars.

Witnessing patient transformation and supporting their journey is one of her favourite aspects of her position. Emma appreciates the diversity incorporated at Cedars and plans to continue studying and developing her learning in the addiction field.
