Exercise Your Way to Recovery

Exercise has been proven to help people suffering from an addiction and also keep people on the path to recovery. By incorporating exercise into someone’s addiction treatment plan it provides stress relief, clarity of the mind, helps the body sweat out toxins, improves mood, boosts energy, ability to sleep more soundly and allows active time away from thinking about the addiction itself.

At Cedars Cobble Hill we know how important exercise to recovery is and have a personal trainer and fitness instructor on site named Tim Kearney who has over 20 years of experience in the field.
