Transportation and Administrative Support
Aaron began his own recovery from addiction through our programs at Cedars. Before joining the staff, he was a very active member of the Cedars Alumni network and volunteered on the Alumni Advisory Committee. Aaron is now primary transportation personnel and administrative support at Cedars. He is a writer and editor by trad but is drawn to the field of addiction recovery because of his personal experience. Aaron finds it extremely gratifying to know that he works in an environment that has a positive impact on people’s lives. Describing his role as rewarding and fulfilling, he is often the first face patients see upon entering treatment. Aaron’s ability to actively listen, remain present, and empathize. As a writer, he has a deep understanding of the human experience and believes we all have our own individual stories. Recovery gave him a life he never thought possible and is grateful to be able to support others in their recovery. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys volunteering in his community as a GSR group liaison and providing mentorship to men in recovery.
