Darlene was born in Vancouver but lived primarily in Kelowna before moving to Vancouver Island. Darlene spent most of her career in culinary settings, baking and cooking. Darlene states she came to Cedars for the stability and that she had heard it was a great place to work — it is! Darlene brings a hard work ethic, strong team mentality, and a passion for her craft to Cedar’s kitchen. Darlene hopes to send the rest of her career here at Cedars until her well earned retirement. When she’s not at work, Darlene enjoys playing competitive darts and going to concerts.
