Jo Dumont, MA, RCC, CCTP
Jo comes to Cedars with three generations of recovery in her family, including her own. She worked as an adult educator, paramedic, and first aid trainer for 25 years until an injury led her down a different career path. Through this experience, Jo acquired an interest to guide people into new areas of life and as such, she completed her Master’s in Leadership at Royal Roads University and fostered teenage boys. She is passionate about carrying a recovery message to her patients and helping them discover new ways of living. In her off time, Jo enjoys golfing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Her friends describe her as strong, smart, and intuitive.
Jo is passionate about carrying a recovery message to her patients and helping them discover new ways of living. Recently, she completed months of intensive training and is now a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She hopes to be able to build on these new skills to better serve her patients needs here at Cedars.
