Marshall’s impressive professional experience includes senior executive positions in the field of addiction treatment and recovery advocacy, and most recently as Director of Corporate Development and Community Relations for Cedars. Marshall has developed several leading recovery programs across British Columbia and Alberta and has presented lectures on addiction recovery at the province’s top educational institutions. In addition, Marshall represents Canadians in Recovery on the National Recovery Advisory Council and Chairs the British Columbia Council for Recovery Excellence.
Marshall brings a personal perspective to addiction program management, rededicating his life and career to the field of recovery after a four-year battle with addiction and homelessness. He is passionate about early intervention and improving standards of care for individuals, families, and workplaces that are affected by addiction.
