Born in Ontario, moved to BC in 2013 after high school graduation to attend university. Graduated from VIU in Nanaimo in 2017 from the Culinary arts program. Continued on to complete my culinary management diploma in 2018. Moved to Banff, Alberta to work at the Fairmont Banff springs to find my style of cooking and train with many chefs. Working towards completing my culinary red seal.
