Simone Duff

Counsellor

My name is Simone Duff. I have completed my master’s degree in counselling psychology, and I am registered clinical counsellor. I got into the addiction field as my mom passed from alcohol addiction in 2013 and I promised myself that I would do all I could to help other families not suffer the same pain that myself and my family endured. I enjoyworking at Cedars and every day brings a new adventure! On my off time, I enjoy running, starting to train for triathlons, learning new things, reading, and snuggling my French Bulldog Winston. I value a holistic view of wellness, as I personally understand how the physical, spiritual, and psychological factors come together to create a meaningful life. I practice with compassion, directness, and seek to teach my patients how to live in alignment with their values of recovery.
