Food Services Manager
Zeke is certified with a level III Red Seal certification in the culinary field and is currently working on completing his Diploma in Food Services and Nutrition Management. He began his journey at Cedars after being highly recommended by another staff member. As kitchen manager, Zeke strives to maintain a strong leadership ethic, incorporate freshness, and create healthy meals for the patients. In his spare time, Zeke enjoys exploring Vancouver Island and its many hidden treasures.
