You can find Uttam living in Duncan with his beautiful daughter Athena, but before settling down Uttam found many places in this world to call home.  He loves travelling and has spent time in Nepal, India and the USA.  No, he’s not yet met the Dalai Lama – but would like to one day!  His favorite dish to have is beef stew, classic and comfort all mixed together.  Uttam loves his Cedars team and all the people he get’s to meet while working at Cedars.
